My ticket won, but I didn’t get paid out. 

Thanks for reaching out! We totally understand how frustrating this must feel. Sometimes payouts take a few extra minutes to fully process. If your pick has officially won and you haven’t received your winnings within 15 minutes, please share the ticket ID or a screenshot, and we’ll look into it right away. Your patience is appreciated!

Why is my ticket still pending? The race ended. 

Great question! While the game may be over, we wait for official final stats from our data provider to ensure everything is accurate. This process can sometimes take a bit longer. Hang tight, your pick will settle soon! If it hasn’t settled within 15 minutes of the results, please share the ticket ID or a screenshot.

The odds changed after I submitted my ticket. 

Once a pick is submitted, your odds are locked in, so any changes afterwards won’t affect your submitted entry. Let us know if you think something was off, and send over the ticket ID that was impacted.

My referral didn’t track / I didn’t get my referral bonus. 

Let’s get that sorted! Please confirm the username or email of the person you referred, and when they signed up. If they used your referral link/code and met the qualifying criteria, we’ll make sure you both get the bonus.

What does Zcoin do? 

Zcoin is our in-game currency for picks and rewards. You can track it from your wallet in the app. Let us know if anything’s unclear.

Do picks ever expire? 

Once submitted, your ticket stays active until the race is complete and results are confirmed. You can track everything in the “My Picks” tab. Bonus rewards may have expiration dates; we’ll always flag that in the offer terms.
