Where can I download ZED Picks?
ZED Picks is currently available on the App Store and coming soon to Google Play. Visit zedpicks.com for download links.
I created an account but can’t log in.
Sorry to hear you’re locked out! First, try resetting your password. If you’re still having trouble, let us know the email or username associated with your account and any error messages you’re seeing. We’ll help you get back in.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Players are only allowed one account. Creating multiple accounts is against our terms and may result in suspension.
What are the age requirements to play ZED Picks?
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use ZED Picks.
Can I change my username or email?
At this time, usernames and email addresses are fixed once your account is created. If you made a mistake or need to update your info, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do on our end.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
No worries, your progress, picks, and wallet are tied to your account, not your device. Just reinstall the app and log back in with your email. Everything will be right where you left it.
Is ZED Picks available in my state?
ZED Picks is currently available in the US only, with the following states excluded due to regulatory constraints: Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington.
If your region is restricted, the app will let you know when you log in. We’re actively expanding availability.
Why is my account restricted/suspended?
We understand this can be frustrating. Account restrictions are typically temporary and may be due to a verification issue or a flag in our system for unusual activity.
Please check your email for a message from our team, or lodge a ticket here with your username so we can review your account right away.
How do I delete my account?
We’re sorry to see you go, but if you’d like to close your account, just send us a message with your username and confirmation that you’d like it deleted. Once confirmed, we’ll remove your account and associated data in line with our privacy policy.
If you’re in a state with specific rights around data access or deletion, we’re happy to provide more detail or support your request accordingly.
