Are purchases required to play ZED Picks?
No. You can earn Zcoin through daily logins and referrals to play for free.
How do I refer a friend?
Head to your Account tab and copy your referral link or code. Share it with a friend. Once they sign up and qualify, you both earn rewards.
Can I convert Zcoin to cash?
No. Zcoin is only for free-play contests and cannot be converted or withdrawn.
I didn’t receive my daily bonus.
Daily bonuses reset every 24 hours based on when you last claimed. If it’s been more than 24 hours and you didn’t receive your bonus, please share your username, and we’ll check it out for you. In the meantime, make sure you’re logged in and using the latest version of the app.
My balance disappeared / I lost currency.
We’re sorry to hear that! Our team can look into any unusual balance changes. Could you please send us your username and when you noticed the issue? We’ll review your account history and make things right if there was an error.

You can view your full transaction history, including picks, purchases, bonuses, and rewards, in the wallet section of the app. If you’re not seeing what you need, just share your username and what you’re looking for, and we’ll send you the breakdown.
